How Much Does You Favorite College Football Coach Make?

Sorry I have not been on here in awhile but I have been so busy with life and work.
So Spring practices are in full swing and the draft is right around the corner. For the average American football fan this time of year is very boring, but to football coaches and the others of us that like the behind the scene happenings this is our season. It is full of developing players either through spring drills or in the weightroom. These days are what sets the tone for the rest of the season. For players this is the time of year where you earn your stripes and lay the foundation for a great season this can be done through nutrition and training.
From the coaches perspective usually it is a time of moving either up in the ranks of your current staff or joining a new one. I have been on my fair share of staffs of the years and have always wondered how much other coaches make.
ESPN always reports the salaries of the big names, but I want to know the “realistic” salaries of college coaches. I did some research and found a nice list HERE.
Either way it takes a lot to get to where you can make the big buck in the coaching ranks. The best advice any coach gave me was to be my own coach and treat your players with respect. I have carried that over the years and have found it to be very true. The football coaches that try to be like a Parcells or a Lombardi, end up failing in the end. On the other had the ones that are themselves and become a “players coach” have a much more successful career.
