Since it is the offseason I figure we could all go back and refresh our minds about the basics of the game. Coaching football is not just X’s and O’s, but rather techniques. It is all about teaching football in a way that players will understand your message. Below are a couple of videos that I found that could help get your team or players back to the basics. Sometimes we forget the fundamentals when the season did not go the way you wanted or your program is in the rebuilding stages. I have found that whenever things are going bad, the best thing to do is remember the old acronym K.I.S.S. Keep It Simple Stupid. Enjoy!
