New Concussion Helmet Technology

Concussions are a big deal when it comes to coaches and players. Concussions can ruin a players season or even his career. So the other morning I was watching Good Morning America and they had a story on this new sensor helmet that helps trainers and coaches know if there has been an injury and how it happened. I found the link to the story if anyone would like to read it. The whole story was very interesting considering they can even tell from what direction and how powerful the hit was. Here is the link.
I hope this will someday lead to concussion proof helmets, but that is a wishful dream considering the nature of todays game and caliber of athletes.
