How much do you get paid to play football overseas?

I was looking around the net and found this article about a study that studied how much American players make when they go overseas to play.
Foreign clubs pay an average of $900 a month and $150 bonus for victories, qualifying for playoffs, and winning a national championship. Besides the money and American that go overseas can have the money for room and board, cell phone usage, and transportation. There is also insurance that is usually paid for by the host team. Basically if you find the right team you can travel the world and play football for free.

If i was a player that had no family to support I would seriously look into finding a nice team to play for overseas. It would be a great way to see the world.
